The Shanghai Karon Eco-valve Manufacturing Co.,LTD. Performance Test System was developed by the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydro-power. The test system is divided into eight sections:

☞ Check valve water hammer pressure treatment report

☞ Sampling data detailed analysis

☞ Check valve flow characteristic test

☞ Flow regulation valve dynamic characteristic test

☞ Help and obtain software development support

The main interface is as follows:

  The test system covers a series of valves such as exhaust valves, check valves, and flow control valves. The data acquisition module uses the Nicolet Vision data acquisition recorder. The supported sampling rate ranges between 1 and 25,000, and the all-pass sampling rate achieves 1MS/s. In addition, the data processing and analysis of test system also rely on powerful Matlab software, making the whole process of valve performance testing professional, accurate, and pragmatic, thus having a leading role with unparalleled advantages in the domestic industry and reflecting the consistent rigorous and responsible attitude of Karon staff. According to the field test needs, the system has set up a total of 8 differential channels. The differential channel design improves the signal's anti-interference ability, and also helps to suppress common-mode voltage and time sequence positioning.
